Service Engagement Policy
This Service Engagement Policy explains how Coderooz (“we”, “us”, “our”), owned and operated by Ranit Saha, handles service-based engagements, client communication, deliverables, and responsibilities.
This policy applies to all personal, freelance, and service-based work offered through www.coderooz.in and should be read along with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
1. Scope of Services
Coderooz offers services that may include, but are not limited to:

Technical consulting
Custom project work
The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be defined before work begins, either through written communication, proposals, or formal agreements.
2. Engagement Process
A service engagement typically follows these steps:
Initial inquiry or consultation
Requirement discussion and clarification
Agreement on scope, pricing, and timeline
Advance payment (if applicable)
Project execution and delivery
Work will begin only after mutual agreement and required confirmations.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing clear and accurate requirements
Sharing necessary materials, content, or access on time
Responding to queries or approvals within reasonable timeframes
Delays caused by missing information or delayed responses may affect delivery timelines.
4. Revisions & Changes
Minor revisions within the agreed scope may be accommodated.
Requests that fall outside the original scope may require additional time and cost.
Significant changes will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
5. Payments
Payment terms will be communicated before project initiation.
Advance payments may be required for certain services.
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
Failure to complete agreed payments may result in work suspension or termination.
6. Timelines & Delivery
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith based on project scope.
Delays may occur due to complexity, third-party dependencies, or client-side delays.
Coderooz will make reasonable efforts to communicate progress and updates.
7. Communication
Primary communication will take place via email or agreed channels.
Response times may vary depending on workload and working hours.
Continuous real-time availability is not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed.
8. Ownership & Usage Rights
Unless otherwise agreed:
Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment.
Coderooz reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or case studies, unless restricted by prior agreement.
9. Suspension or Termination
Coderooz reserves the right to suspend or terminate a service engagement if:
Payment obligations are not met
The client violates agreed terms
Communication becomes abusive or unreasonable
Continued work becomes impractical or unethical
Any completed work up to the termination point may be billable.
10. Limitation of Liability
Coderooz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service engagements, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Changes to This Policy
This Service Engagement Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be reflected by revising the “Last Updated” date.
