All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
2. Digital Products
Digital products (including software, source code, templates, or downloadable files) are non-refundable once access has been provided, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Refunds may be considered only if:
The product is proven to be technically defective and unusable
The issue cannot be resolved through reasonable support
3. Services
For services such as development work, consulting, or custom projects:
Refund eligibility will be governed by the specific agreement or contract signed before the project begins.
Work already completed or milestones delivered are non-refundable.
Advance payments may be partially refundable only if explicitly mentioned in the service agreement.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before work or delivery begins for eligible products or services.
Once processing, development, or delivery has started, cancellations may not be accepted.

If you are charged more than once for the same transaction or experience a payment failure:

Valid duplicate charges will be refunded to the original payment method.

Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on Razorpay and your bank.

We encourage users to contact us first before initiating a chargeback through their bank or payment provider.
