This site is the portfolio of Ranit Saha (Coderooz), a full-stack developer. Built with Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS 4, MongoDB, Clerk Auth, Razorpay.

Key User Flows

  1. Quotation Flow: Customer submits request (status: requested, customerBudget) → Admin reviews & sets finalAmount (status: quoted) → Customer accepts quote (status: payment_pending) → Checkout with Razorpay (amount = finalAmount) → Payment verified → Order completed
  2. Content Reaction: Like/dislike on content items, stored in likedBy/dislikedBy arrays with MongoDB ObjectId
  3. Comments: Nested comments on content with approval workflow
  4. Contact: Customer submits contact form → Admin views in dashboard/contact
  5. Order: Customer submits request via /order → Admin quotes → Customer accepts → Payment

Content Negotiation

All content pages support Accept: text/markdown for AI agents. Markdown available at /api/md?slug={path} and .md routes (e.g., /content/my-post.md). AI agent index at /llms.txt. Semantic sitemap at /sitemap.md.

Known Issues

  • Customer dashboard "Browse Products" button links to /shop (404 - page doesn't exist)
  • Dashboard theming: some color mismatches in dark/light mode
  • Clerk session sync: role changes may not reflect immediately due to session cookie caching
